https://www.pocket-lint.com/how-to-enable-dark-mode-for-google-chrome/ I haven't tried it on windows yet, but if it inverts text from black on a white backdrop, then it will be a BIG improvement there too. I am loving not having a blasting bright screen when I read webpages and news of a night. chrome://flags/#enable-force-dark I find it best to leave the pictures default (Selective Inversion of non image elements)
I just tried this 1 and its good for me https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/dmghijelimhndkbmpgbldicpogfkceaj
I've been using Dark Reader - https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/dark-reader/eimadpbcbfnmbkopoojfekhnkhdbieeh - for a few years now. It can set different settings per site, and has different dark modes to try as well. It's also really easy to toggle it on or off per site when necessary. All without needing to restart the browser. Should work on any Chrome variant. I use it on SRWare Iron.
I mean for mobile phones, I've been using Dark Reader for years too, thats why last night when I used my mobile phone to read some news, I HAD to find a way to have dark mode
Yes. According to - https://darkreader.org/blog/mobile/ - while Dark Reader is available for some browsers on IOS and Android, Chrome apparently does not allow extensions on the mobile version of their browser. So good find on the OP.
