https://www.google.com/nikcollection/ https://dl.google.com/edgedl/photos/nikcollection-full-1.2.11.exe This app can not really be automated as it needs the end user to pick where Photoshop and Lightroom are located so wouldn't make a good ssApp, but it does an awesome job at noise reduction via control points (watch a youtube clip on it if your interested as it can detect color and texture and apply filters and adjustments to only that area, it also does a sort of auto masking to apply it at different percentages over the image.
I remember a long time ago I worked on Nik for a PS ppApp, but now I can't remember anything about it.. I abandoned it in the end because of its size, I think.
