I went to send an edited Word document via outlook and instead of it taking me a few minutes it took me over half an hour. Every single step I wanted in word has had it's name and position/location changed, then the save button has the cloud save screen (tab?) open before finally showing me a file dialog. The attach files button in the Outlook webpage has moved to a toolbar at the top instead of below the email, the send button had moved from the end of the email to the top left of the new toolbar. I really don't see the point in forcing long time users to have to re-learn skills they already have, ok if they want to offer options to the user to switch to an updated layout. but to force change onto us without allowing us to switch back is STUPID. Rant over.
