I am building one now, I'll erase the install.esd and remove all the apps/overlays (within reason) so you can shuffle things about, the main files you'll need are the boot.wim and the ppAppsLive folder if you want shortcuts on the desktop to install windows/run ssWPI. I'll upload the build first and then I'll share the builder with minimal includes also (it's approx 1.8GB uncompressed).
